Lowestoft is a very short drive from Southwold with its sandy beach and beach hut-lined promenade, Southwold offers a wonderful environment for holidays and time away, as well as a thriving market town atmosphere. Your training will feel like a mini break as well as receiving exemplary training at our elite academy.

Baytree House is a beautifully restored Victorian house situated in a prime location close to the heart of the historic fishing town of Lowestoft, just a stone’s throw away from the Beautiful Belle View Park and North Denes Beach. The house is an abundance of original open fires, stripped floors, chandeliers and stained glass. Baytree boasts 9 impressive, spacious rooms and a separate self-contained 2 bedroomed Annexe which has free private parking and courtyard garden. We serve breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner and pride ourselves on homecooked foods such as jams, ice cream, marmalade, breads and cakes. Our aim is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Relax in our beautiful front garden which has a marquee during the summer months, or our cosy lounge with large sofas and an open fire during the winter months. Baytree is also a permanent home to our beautiful pugs, who live in the private living area at the back of the house, who you can meet upon request.
