Director

Kimberley, the visionary director of Academy Face, has redefined the standards of excellence in makeup and beauty. Kimberley brings a unique blend of artistry and clinical expertise to her role. She is renowned for her techniques and commitment to enhancing natural beauty.

With over a decade of experience in the beauty industry, Kimberley has transformed her passion for makeup artistry into a thriving educational institution. She is celebrated for her innovative techniques, artistic vision, and unwavering dedication to student success.

Kimberley’s journey began as a professional makeup artist, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry’s demands. Her work has graced runways, photo shoots, TV, commercials, editorials, and countless special events, earning her a stellar reputation. Driven by a desire to share her knowledge and inspire the next generation of beauty professionals, Kimberley established our academy as a place where aspiring artists can cultivate their talents and build successful careers.

Under her dynamic leadership, our Aesthetics, Beauty, and Makeup Academy has become a cornerstone of quality education, offering comprehensive courses that blend theoretical knowledge with hands-on practice. These courses are trained by industry professionals who have excelled their career in the chosen subject matter.

Kimberley is dedicated to fostering a supportive and creative environment, ensuring that each student receives personalised guidance and mentorship. Her vision is to empower students with the skills, confidence, and industry insights needed to excel in the ever-evolving world of aesthetics, beauty, and makeup.

Holly

Tutor

Holly has worked in both salons and spas during her career in the beauty industry spanning 18 years. During this time she has trained and worked with brands such as footlogix, INK London, Dermologica, Decleor, Jessica, OPI, Crystal Clear and Neil’s Yard to name a few. Holly is fully qualified in many beauty treatments and has a Level 2 and 3 in Beauty. She has worked alongside some amazing talent which has helped her to build her knowledge, techniques and quality of treatments.

When she isn’t working she is a busy wife and mum to two boys as well as her fur baby Maverick.

Robyn

Tutor

Robyn trained in Beauty as a mature student proving it is never too late to pursue your dreams. Having worked in the beauty industry now for 9 years, she loves meeting new people and learning about their lives. Robyn is fully qualified in many beauty treatments and has a Level 2 and 3 in Beauty.

Outside the world of beauty, Robyn enjoys spending time with family and friends and likes to be active, going to the gym as well as enjoying walking and cycling.

Lucy

Aesthetics Tutor

Lucy is an NMC Registered Nurse, Independent Nurse Prescriber, Clinical Educator and Trainer working in Harley Street and East Anglia with her current work spanning both the NHS and private sector. With over 20 years combined experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery and dermatological nursing, she specialises in anti-aging injections, aesthetics complications training, dermal fillers, regenerative medicine, thread-lifts, EndoLift Laser, plasma pen, skin needling and peeling. Lucy has a masters degree in Aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery and dermatological nursing. In 2023 she was a finalist for the CPD trainer of the year and she was also nominated as a finalist for the aesthetic nurse practitioner of the year in 2022. As well as this she has been inducted into the Aesthetics Awards Hall of Fame.

Emily

Tutor

Emily has been in the beauty industry for 13 years and has been in salon management for over 8 years. Having built an excellent rapport with clients and keeping up to date with new trends within the industry, Emily is now also a Tutor here at Academy Face.

Emily spends her time outside of work exploring with her husband, little boy and cockapoo. In her spare time she enjoys a bit of gardening!

Amanda

Office Administrator

Amanda has worked in administration and customer service for over 18 years. As well as her position in Academy face she also runs her own home and giftware company.

Outside of work she loves pottering around in her greenhouse and enjoying time spent with loved ones including her little sausage dog Wilma.
